- 7 am - 7 am shifts, mix of 12 and 24-hour coverage
- 15 patient encounters per shift -- 325 monthly deliveries
- In-house coverage providing labor and delivery services
- Responsibilities include rounding, deliveries, and c-sections
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
